Product Details
We check every batch of raw material. Our architectural door locks process has standards. We want the lock cylinder to turn smoothly. The bolt must come out fully. The screw holes must line up. This makes installation easy. We support OEM and ODM. You send drawings, and we make the architectural door lock for you. That is our biggest strength. We also support custom from your samples. You send one sample, and we copy it. Custom sample development takes 45 days. Mass production takes 25 more days. Standard products take 15 to 30 days to deliver.
Order Following And Visual Updates
We have one order follower. This person checks production every day. We can take photos and videos for you. You can see progress from far away. We offer free samples. Custom products are not free. You pay the shipping cost. The minimum order quantity depends on the product. We allow mixed batches. You can mix different colors or types in one order. For example, you can order door locks and door pulls together.
Quality And After-Sales
We accept third-party inspections from qualified companies. Every batch is checked before leaving our factory. If goods get damaged during shipping, we buy transport insurance. We give a warranty. The warranty time depends on the product. We have a special person for after-sales service. You have a problem, and we respond the first time.
