Our Company History
We are Kunshan Qunju Metal Products Co., Ltd. In October 2017, we officially registered. We started with one small workshop. Slowly, we built three production factories. One is in Shanghai. Two are in Jiangsu. Together, they cover over 6,000 square meters. We have 60 workers in total. Our R&D team has five people. We make wall tie for aluminium formwork. The product number is QJ-AWT2001. This tie goes inside building walls. It connects walls tightly.

R&D Strength And Custom Service
Our R&D team is not big, but they are effective. They can make drawings and change processes. One time, a Dutch customer wanted a special end on his product. Our R&D team made the drawing in two days. After 45 days, the sample was sent. The customer was happy. That is why we say we support OEM and ODM. For our wall tie for aluminium formwork, we make two types: Nominal and Full. The ends are Round End or Square End. Sizes go from 4 inches to 40 inches. The material is C1050. Pull strength is 8,000 lbs.
Pre-Sales And After-Sales Service
We split our service clearly. Before the sale, our sales and technical departments work together. They ask about your needs. During production, our technical and production departments watch the work. After the sale, our technical and sales teams answer your questions. Everyone knows their job. We have been exporting for a long time. We work with European and American buyers. They have high standards, so we work carefully. We export over 6 million USD every year. This number grew slowly. That means customers are willing to order a second and third time.
Quality Control Method
How do we control quality? We have a special QC department. We have testing tools. Our production process is complete. We check before packing. But we do not do 100% full check on every product. It depends on the product. For wall tie for aluminium formwork, which has large volume, we do sample checks. The sample ratio follows international standards. We support mixed batches. You can put different sizes on one pallet. Different end types also. One order, one pallet, many sizes. This is very convenient for you.
