We are Kunshan Qunju Metal Products Co., Ltd. We make metal products. We have three factories. One is in Kunshan. Two are nearby. The total factory area is over 6,000 square meters. We have 60 workers. Five of them are in R&D. We started export in 2017. Now our products go to the USA, Canada, Germany, and the Netherlands. We make wall ties aluminum concrete forms. The P/N is QJ-AWT2001. This tie is used on concrete formwork.

Unique Order Follower System
Our product come in Nominal and Full types. The ends are Round End or Square End. Sizes from 4 inches to 40 inches. You tell us the size, and we make it. The material is C1050 carbon steel. Pull strength is 8,000 lbs. We pack 100 pieces per bundle and 5,000 pieces per pallet. Minimum order is one pallet. We have a special order follower system. For every order, we assign one person to watch it. This person goes to the workshop every morning to check progress. In the afternoon, they email you or send a WeChat message. They attach photos and videos. You do not need to come to China to see where your wall ties aluminum concrete forms are. This is what makes us different from others.
Production Time Calculation
How do we calculate production time? For standard products, which we already have molds for, delivery takes 15 to 30 days. For custom products with new drawings, we make samples first. Samples take 45 days. After you approve, we make the mass production. That takes another 25 days. Total is about 70 days. If you place a repeat order, we do not need to make samples again. Quality And Communication
