For custom products, it is 50% deposit and 50% balance. Custom products have higher risk, so we need half deposit first. We do not take cash. We use bank transfers. USD, EUR, GBP, and RMB are all accepted. Who handles after-sales? We have a dedicated person. This person is not in sales or production. They are an independent after-sales specialist. If you have a quality problem, contact them directly. They will pull up production records to find which batch, which machine, and which worker made it. Then they give you an answer.

We give a warranty. How long? It depends on the product. For wall ties for aluminum forms, we give one year. If it breaks or bends within one year, and it is not from your misuse but from our material problem, we send you new ones. We also buy transport insurance. The insurance starts the moment the goods leave our warehouse. It lasts until you sign for them. If there is damage in between, the insurance company pays. We meet environmental laws. We have a pollution discharge permit. Our wastewater, exhaust gas, and solid waste are all treated according to standards. We are not afraid of checks. We are just a serious factory. You give us a chance, and we give you peace of mind.
