Garden Iron Chairs Table

Our company makes garden iron chairs table. The model is QJ-OF3003. This is a long bench. It is 480mm wide and 1800mm long. The height is 460mm. Three people can sit on it. It is good for gardens, parks, and community areas. The seat is made of many steel strips. Each strip is 40mm wide and 2mm thick. There is a 5mm gap between strips for water to drain. The seat edge has a 10mm fold for strength. The legs are 50x50mm square tubes with 1.8mm wall. The back leans back 100 degrees. This feels nice.

We make this garden iron chairs table with eight welding robots. The whole frame is robot welded. The weld is even and fast. We do a weld test with no holes. Then we do a strength test. We put 300kg force on the bench. It does not bend. The welding is strong. We also have 20 punching machines. They punch the steel strips and the leg base plates. The base plate has holes for expansion screws. You can fix the bench to the ground so it does not move.

The garden iron chairs table gets a shot blast first. Then we spray UV-resistant powder. Thickness is 80µm. We bake at 200°C. We check the color with a color meter. ΔE is less than 1. Common colors are black, dark green, and bronze. Packing can be full assembly or knock-down. For full assembly, each bench goes in a plastic bag. Then we stack them with cardboard. The outer layer is a woven bag. For sea shipping, this works well. We export to USA, Canada, and Australia. Parks there need outdoor seats. We ship about 10,000 benches each year.
