Kunshan Qunju Metal Products Co., Ltd. makes iron outdoor seating. The product number is QJ-OF3004. This bench has a back. It is 450mm wide and 1800mm long. Height is 460mm. This is 30mm narrower than our other bench. It fits smaller people. The back height is 350mm. The back curve follows your spine. The legs are 40x40mm square tubes with 1.5mm wall. There are diagonal braces between legs. The seat and back use flat steel bars. Each bar is 30mm wide and 5mm thick. The gap is 5mm.

We use a press brake to bend the seat bars into an arc. The radius is 500mm. The bar does not crack. The top bar of the back also bends to 120 degrees. We use a tube bender for the armrests. The armrest is a U shape. Bend radius is R40. The wall thickness after bending is still good (less than 10% loss). We check with a wall thickness gauge. Then we weld the armrest ends to the legs. We grind the weld smooth. All welds get a magnetic particle test. No cracks.

This iron outdoor seating goes through acid washing and phosphating. Then we spray UV-resistant powder. We use a brand powder. The color can be any RAL. We also offer an orange peel texture. It looks nice and prevents slipping. We do a salt spray test for 480 hours. No red rust. This bench works in very cold weather. We do a cold bend test at -20°C. The coating does not crack. Packing is full assembly. Each bench in bubble wrap. Then many benches go into one wooden box with a pallet. The box has an IPPC mark. We export to Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden. Nordic countries use outdoor seats all year. They need strong iron outdoor seating.
