Rot Iron Garden Chairs

This stops the seat from bending down. The back has three horizontal bars. Each is 40mm wide and 3mm thick. The back angle is 105 degrees.

We have a 6000W laser cutting machine. We cut the leg base plates with it. The plate is 6mm thick. The edge is smooth. The mounting holes are exact. We also use the laser to cut decorative patterns. For example, we can cut flowers on the back bar. We also have four CNC machines. They machine the steel cast connectors. The gap between connector parts is less than 0.2mm. This means no wobble. We can also engrave your logo on the leg with the CNC. Just tell us.

These rot iron garden chairs come in knock-down packing. The seat, back, legs, and screws are separate. Each part is wrapped in foam. Then they go into a carton. The carton shows an assembly drawing. We give you an Allen wrench. We also give 10% extra screws. We support small trial orders. Minimum order is 100 chairs. Trial order price is the same as bulk price. We give one year free warranty. If the coating falls off or weld cracks, we send a replacement or refund. We export to UK, France, and Ireland. Garden culture is big there. We ship about 8,000 chairs each year.
