We make two types of aluminum wall ties: Nominal and Full. The ends are Round End or Square End. Sizes are from 4 inches to 40 inches. You choose. The material is C1050 carbon steel. Pull strength is 8,000 lbs. Each bundle has 100 pieces. Each pallet has 5,000 pieces. Minimum order is one pallet. We have worked with a large US wholesaler for four years. They order several pallets each time. They do not ask for samples often because they trust our quality. How do we control quality? We have a special QC department. We have testing tools. OEM And On-Time Delivery
We support OEM and ODM. You send drawings, and we make the product for you. That is our biggest strength. We also support custom from your samples. You send one sample, and we copy it. Custom sample development takes 45 days. Mass production takes 25 more days. Standard products take 15 to 30 days to deliver. How do we ensure on-time delivery? We have stable raw material suppliers. We have an experienced management and production team. Our logistics chain is complete. We also have a dedicated order follower. This person checks production every day. If progress is slow, we adjust right away. You can also get updates from us. We send photos and videos.
