Uses of T-Slot Tracks: T-slot tracks are designed based on the fixing points of equipment. They are cast beam platforms used for testing, assembling, welding, and inspecting large equipment.
Material of Tracks: High-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. It undergoes two manual treatments (manual annealing at 600-700 degrees Celsius and natural aging for 2-3 years) to ensure stable precision and good wear resistance.
1. Fixing Method of Cast Iron Tracks: Securely fix the track on both sides of the inner side with M8 iron expansion bolts or nails at the required intervals (approximately 500-700mm). The bottom surface of the track must be firmly attached to the ground without any gaps to prevent bending deformation under load.
2. Installation of Tracks: Use a strip bridge plate and a level. First, level one track, then use it as a reference to perform initial adjustments on the rest of the track. Then, cement grouting is performed. After the cement grout has solidified, fine-tuning and inspection are conducted.
3. The embedment depth of the cast iron floor rails should be level with or slightly higher than the floor cladding layer by 3-5mm.
4. After installation, the horizontal deviation within any 1m length should not exceed 1mm, and the total length should not exceed 2mm. The horizontal deviation between corresponding points on the rails should not exceed 1mm, and the parallelism deviation between any two rails should be less than 2mm.
