T-slot floor tracks are commonly referred to in the industry as T-slot guide rails, cast iron floor tracks, or floor channel iron.
Classified by size specifications, their cross-sectional width is 80-300 mm, and their height is 50-150 mm. Standard single-piece lengths are commonly 3 meters, 4 meters, and 6 meters, and the total spliced length is usually limited, such as not exceeding 30 meters.
Classified by precision and load-bearing capacity, gray cast iron floor tracks can be used for general scenarios, while ductile iron floor tracks are used for heavy-duty or complex environments. The cross-sectional dimensions must be selected according to the load capacity; for example, for loads under 5 tons, a width of 80-120 mm is suitable, while for loads over 20 tons, a width of 200-300 mm is recommended.
