Iron Frame Bulletin Board

Our company makes iron frame bulletin board. The model is QJ-OF3006. It stands on the ground. Size is 2500mm high and 2000mm wide. The two main posts are 80x80mm square tubes with 3mm wall. They are 2500mm tall. The gap between posts is 2000mm. The cross beam is 60x60mm square tube. The panel is 2mm steel, size 2000x1200mm. The rain cover is a bent part. It is 2200mm wide and sticks out 400mm. The base plate is 10mm thick steel, 200x200mm. It has four holes for anchor bolts.

We use a 6000W laser to cut the posts, beams, and panel. The panel edge is smooth. We also cut hollow letters on the panel. For example, we cut the word "BULLETIN" right into the steel. This looks nice. We have four CNC machines. They machine the mounting holes on the base plates. Hole position accuracy is 0.05mm. This means the anchor bolts fit exactly. We also machine the aluminum connectors for the rain cover. The connector surface is shiny after CNC milling.

This iron frame bulletin board gets acid wash and phosphating. Then we do two-layer spraying. The first layer is epoxy primer, 40µm thick. It helps the paint stick. The second layer is polyester top coat, 60µm thick. It resists weather. Total thickness is 120µm. We do an impact test. A 1kg hammer drops from 50cm. The coating does not crack. RAL7016 gray and RAL9005 black are common. Packing is knock-down. Posts, beams, panel, rain cover, and base plates are separate. Each part in bubble wrap. All screws in a bag. We provide an assembly drawing. We export to Africa and Middle East. Schools and hospitals there need bulletin boards. We ship about 1,000 units each year.
