Kunshan Qunju Metal Products Co., Ltd. makes iron frame information board. The model is QJ-OF30010. This is a very large board. It is 2500mm high and 2000mm wide. It is good for communities, factories, schools, and hospitals. You can use it to post news, notices, or job ads. The board has two main posts, a top beam, a bottom beam, a back plate, a rain cover, and base plates. The main posts are 120x120mm square tubes with 4mm wall. Height is 2500mm. The top and bottom beams are 80x80mm square tubes. The back plate is 2.5mm steel. It is 2000mm wide and 1500mm high. The rain cover is a bent steel part. It is 2200mm wide and sticks out 500mm. The base plates are 16mm thick steel, 200x200mm. Each base plate has four holes for chemical anchors.

We have a 6000W laser cutting machine. The back plate of this product is cut by laser. The edges are smooth. We also use the laser to cut title words on the back plate. For example, we cut "INFORMATION" into the steel. The letters are 3mm deep. This looks very nice. We also have four CNC machines. They machine the mounting holes on the base plates. Hole position accuracy is 0.05mm. The CNC also makes the stainless steel hinges for the rain cover. The hinges are 304 stainless steel. They fit tightly with the rain cover. You can flip the rain cover open if you need to.

This iron frame information board gets a shot blast to Sa2.5 level. Then we spray UV-resistant powder. We use imported polyester powder. It lasts more than 5 years. Color change is less than ΔE1. Baking is at 210°C for 25 minutes. Coating thickness is 100-120µm. We do an impact test and it passes. You can pick any color. We can also make a fake wood grain look using transfer printing. Packing is knock-down. All parts are wrapped in PE film. Then they go into a large wooden box. Foam boards separate the parts inside. The box shows the center of gravity and lifting points.
