Large Sign For Entrances And Parks
Our company makes wayfinding sign stand. The model is QJ-OF3008. This is a large sign. It is 1200mm wide and 2000mm high. You can install it at the entrance of a scenic spot, campus, school, or hospital. It helps people find directions or see a map. The stand has two main posts, cross beams, a face panel, and base plates. The main posts are 100x100mm square tubes with 3mm wall. Height is 2000mm. The gap between posts is 1200mm. The cross beams are 60x60mm square tubes. They are welded at the top and middle of the posts. The face panel is 2mm steel. It is 1200mm wide and 1500mm high. The base plates are 12mm thick steel, 150x150mm. Each base plate has four holes for anchor bolts.
Laser Cut Hollow Letters
We have a 6000W laser cutting machine. We use it to cut the posts, beams, and panel for this product. The cutting is very accurate. The panel edges are straight and smooth. We also use the laser to cut hollow letters on the panel. For example, we can cut "EXIT" or "MAP" right through the steel. The letters have clean edges with no burrs. We also have four CNC machines. They machine the mounting holes on the base plates. Hole position accuracy is 0.05mm. The inside of the hole is smooth. The CNC also makes the round caps for the top of the posts. The caps look nice and shiny.
Two-Layer Coating And Export Markets
This wayfinding sign stand gets a shot blast first. Then we do two-layer spraying. The first layer is epoxy primer at 40µm. The second layer is polyester top coat at 60µm. Total thickness is 100µm. We do an impact test. A 1kg hammer drops from 50cm. The coating does not crack. You can pick two colors. For example, the posts can be one color and the panel another. Packing is knock-down. Posts, beams, panel, and base plates are separate. Each part is wrapped in bubble wrap. Then they go into a wooden box with foam inside. The box is strapped with steel bands. We give an assembly drawing and an installation video. We export to the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Commercial complexes and public facilities there need products. We ship about 500 units each year. Minimum order for custom size is 10 units. Lead time is 30 days.
