Kunshan Qunju Metal Products Co., Ltd. makes iron frame signboard. The model is QJ-OF3007. This is a small sign. It is 230mm wide and 300mm high. You can use it indoors or outdoors. It works well in parks, communities, malls, and office buildings. The sign has a post and a face plate. The post is a 25x25mm square tube with 1.2mm wall. Height is 300mm. At the bottom of the post, there is a base plate. The base plate is 3mm thick steel. It is 60x60mm. There are two mounting holes. You can screw it down.

We have 20 punching machines from 16 to 250 tons. The face plate of this product has folded edges on all four sides. The fold height is 10mm. The punch press makes the fold in one step. The fold is vertical with no spring back. We also punch the mounting holes on the base plate. The hole diameter is 6mm. The holes are in the right place. We also punch the L-shaped connector that joins the post and face plate. Then we weld it. The weld is strong.

This iron frame signboard gets a shot blast first. Then we spray UV-resistant powder. We use electrostatic spraying at 60KV. The powder sticks well. Baking is at 180°C for 15 minutes. Coating thickness is 60-80µm. We do a salt spray test for 240 hours. No red rust. You can pick any RAL color. Packing: each sign goes into a bubble bag. Then many signs go into one carton. A carton can hold up to 50 pieces. The carton has a label with model, quantity, and batch number. We also offer a color box for retail. Our yearly export is over 6 million USD.
