Kunshan Qunju Metal Products Co., Ltd. makes iron frame notice board. The model is QJ-OF3009. This is a medium size board. It is 600mm wide and 400mm high. It is good for community announcements, construction site warnings, and mall signs. The board has a post, a face panel, and a small rain cover. The post is a 50x50mm square tube with 2mm wall. Height is 400mm. At the bottom, there is a base plate. The base plate is 5mm thick steel, 80x80mm. It has four mounting holes. The face panel is 1.5mm steel, 600x400mm. The panel has folded edges on all four sides. The fold height is 15mm. The rain cover is a bent part. It is 650mm wide and sticks out 100mm. This keeps rain off the panel.
Precision Bending And Seam Welding
We use a press brake to fold the panel edges. The bend angle is 90 degrees with an error of only 0.5 degrees. The rain cover is also made on the press brake. It has an arch shape. The arch height is 30mm. This looks nice and lets water run off quickly. We use eight welding robots. The robot welds the post to the base plate. The weld is continuous. The robot also welds the connector between the panel and the post. We grind the weld smooth. The rain cover is welded to the panel with a seal weld. The weld height is 4mm. This stops water from leaking in. All welds get a magnetic particle test. No cracks.
Packing And Export Markets
This iron frame notice board goes through acid washing and phosphating. Then we spray UV-resistant powder on an automatic line. The line has moving spray guns. The coating is even. Baking is at 200°C for 20 minutes. Thickness is 80µm. We do a cross-cut test. The adhesion is grade 0. Common colors are RAL7021 (green-gray) and RAL8023 (orange). Packing: each board is wrapped in EPE foam. Then many boards go into a carton with corrugated paper inside. A carton holds up to 10 boards. The carton has a "fragile" mark.
