Wrought Iron Display Board

Kunshan Qunju Metal Products Co., Ltd. makes wrought iron display board. The model is QJ-OF3005. It mounts on a wall. Size is 1200mm wide and 2000mm high. The frame uses 40x40mm square tubes with 2mm wall. The back plate is 1.5mm steel welded to the frame. It is flat. You can stick posters or stickers on it. The window is clear acrylic sheet, 3mm thick. A press bar holds it. You can open it to change the content. The rain cover is a bent steel part. It is 1400mm wide and sticks out 300mm. This keeps rain off the window.

We use a press brake to bend the rain cover. The cover has an arc shape. Radius is 500mm. The steel does not crack. The edge is flat. We also use the press brake to make the frame corners. The corners are welded and then ground smooth. For the frame, we use eight welding robots. The robot welds fast and looks good. The four corners have a round transition. We grind the weld and polish it. The back plate is spot welded to the frame. Spot distance is 100mm. The spots are even.

This wrought iron display board gets a shot blast first. Then we spray UV-resistant powder. We do a QUV test for 500 hours. Color change is less than ΔE2. Common colors are dark gray, black, and white. Packing is one piece per wooden box. We wrap the board in bubble wrap. Then foam inside the box. The box has a label with model, size, and PO number.
